One of my favorite takoyaki shops is “Gindaco” founded in Tsukij, Tokyo
Why is the shop called “Gindako”?
This is because the founder had a desire to open a shop in Ginza in Tokyo.
Takoyaki at Gindako is crunch outside and fluffy inside.
You will be addicted to the texture .

You don’t like octopus?
I know they look ugly, but they are surprisingly good taste.
Gindaco selects high quality and fresh octopus.
They are chewy, moderately salty and very juicy.
