白坊主＝のっぺらぼうですね。
Faceless ghostと言えるでしょう。

Shirobo-zu is one of typical Japanese ghosts, called faceless ghost.

At a glance, he looks lika a normal human but, when he turns round, we find him has no face.

He just wants to frighten humans and usually does nothing harmful.
4.
But, he sometimes steals our faces and changes them as he likes.
